Identity Manager allows you to generate report instances and view the report instances through the User Console. The report instances that you have generated are stored in the IAM Report server database. When you view a report instance in Identity Manager, Identity Manager connects to the IAM Report server database, retrieves the report instances, and displays the report instances. For Identity Manager to connect to the IAM Report server database, you must input the connection information using the Connection Management task.
You must create a Connection for reports and include the Infoview server information. The server connection details for infoview are under the suitereports.properties file at the following location:
<App_Server_Deploy Folder>/config/com/netegrity/config
Note: If you have placed the reports under a folder in Infoview, you must add the folder as an attribute to the Connection.
