Connection Management is used to configure the database server connection details in Identity Manager. When Identity Manager has to connect to a database server, it uses the Connection details to connect to the database server. Connection Management allows you to create multiple Connections to different database servers under a Connection Type. For each Connection Type you can specify a default connection. You must configure a primary Connection Type for Identity Manager through the Management Console.
