Approvers Tab

This tab lists all participants who can approve or reject the work item. It also allows reassignment of the work item.

The approver list has the following default fields:

• User ID--The approver's unique ID
• Last Name--The approver's last name
• First Name--The approver's first name

Reassignment allows users and administrators to change the assignees of a work item after it is created. For example, an administrator can reassign a work item from a user who is not acting on it.

• Add Assignees--Click to search for and select a user to whom the work item can be reassigned.
• Perform Reassignment--Click to add the work item to the work list of the selected user.
