You can configure multiple recipients for the To, CC, or BCC fields of an email. The following common recipients are included by default:
Specifies that the email is sent to all approvers of the current workflow step.
Note: This option is only applicable if the email is sent for a workflow pending event.
Specifies that the email is sent to the manager of the user whom the task has been performed on.
Specifies that the email is sent to all members of a group. Selecting this option opens a drop-down with available group names.
Specifies that the email is sent to all members of an Admin role. Selecting this option opens a drop-down with available role names.
Specifies that the email is sent to a selected email address. You can specify the email address in the additional text area available.
Specifies that the email is sent to the user whom the task was performed on.
Specifies that the email is sent to the person who made the request.
This option creates a recipient which can be configured to be anything through the Policy Xpress interface. A name is required for the recipient, to reference it later. The name must not be changed through the Policy Xpress menu. To edit the policy, search for the policy name under the Mail category.
Recipients can be added to the To, CC or BCC fields. Select the required recipient and click the appropriate button next to the selection. More than one recipient can be assigned for each of the fields.
