Run Reports

You can generate reports within Identity Manager.

To generate a report

1. Go to Reports, Tasks, Run Report.

   A list of reports appears in the left frame.

2. Select the report you want to generate.

   A Parameters screen appears.

3. Select the snapshot that you want to use and enter the parameter value.

   Note: If snapshots are not available for this report, you must first capture a snapshot.

4. Click OK.

   The selected value is passed as an input parameter to the report and the scheduler screen appears.

5. Select a schedule for your reports, and click OK.

   The report is submitted to the IAM Report Server.
