Modify My Groups allows you to join or leave any self-subscribing group. The Groups tab displays the groups that are assigned to you and self-subscribing groups that you have joined.
To join more self-subscribing groups, click Add More. To leave a group, click the Remove check box; it appears next to each self-subscribing group.
