Modify Access Role changes the properties of the selected access role, including its enabled or disabled status.
A role can be enabled for immediate use, or disabled if it is not ready for use or if it protects an application feature that is unavailable. Disabled roles can be assigned to users; however, a disabled role will not appear in a list of roles that a user has.
Note: If you modify a role while a role member is performing a task, the role member can complete that task.
