Access Self Service Tasks

Once you have configured the self service tasks for your Identity Manager environment, you can add URLs for these tasks to a corporate Web site.

URLs for self service tasks have the following format:

http://<domain>/idm/<im>/ca12/index.jsp?task.tag=<task_tag>

where:

• <domain> is the fully qualified domain name of the system where Identity Manager is running
• <im> is the public alias of the Identity Manager environment
• <task_tag> is the unique identifier for the task.

  For the default Forgotten Password Reset task, the task tag is
  ForgottenPasswordReset.

  http://<domain>/idm/<im>/ca12/index.jsp?task.tag=ForgottenPasswordReset

  For the default Forgotten User ID task, the task tag is ForgottenUserID:
